My Story
For most of my life, I did what I thought I was supposed to do.
Be a good student. Be a good worker. Follow the path that made sense on paper. Value security, focus on safety.
My career path was always structured, intellectually stimulating, and outwardly successful. I delivered results, met expectations, and kept moving forward.
But something felt so terribly off. There was this constant bitter sense that I was pushing myself forward, without acknowledging the fullness of who I am.

I ignored that feeling of uneasiness for a long time until In 2017, parts of me cracked open.
Decisively.
Suddenly, questions started surfacing:
My life was not falling apart, for sure,
but it was asking for a different quality of presence.
I was feeling an important nudge towards serious questioning.

On impulse I signed up for a yoga retreat.
A surprising choice, considering I had lived with scoliosis my entire life and had always been self-conscious about my body.
Yoga was something I had ruled out as “not for me”, because I didn’t feel “built for it.”.
I credit the retreat for the major shift in my life.
In just a few days, I felt my heart open.
felt that something was happening and there was a wider array of possibilities.
That retreat became a doorway to start listening to the quiet inner knowing I had ignored for so long. A few years later (and in another key moment of my life) I trained as a yoga teacher. With scoliosis. With doubts. With years of internalized self-criticism.
Not because I wanted to become physically flexible, but because I wanted to explore more deeply the inner journey, yoga takes you on.
I went to therapy, I worked with a coach.
Eventually, the trust in my inner self led me to life coaching.
I signed up for a coaching certification and a journey of self-love. I continued listening to those inner nudges.
Because I felt that if I do good by myself, I will be able to do more good by others and whatever I engage in will come with a different type of energy.
Coaching skills have transformed how I show up at work: I listen differently.
I collaborate with more depth and clarity. I make decisions from alignment instead of pressure.

Today, I want to help others do the same, people who have achieved so much, yet sense that something deeper is calling.
People who want to stop performing and start living in alignment with who they truly are.
This is the work I believe in.
And if you feel that tug toward something more aligned, more authentic, more you, I’m here to walk with you.

You are unique. You are so much more than what you think you are.
In the words of C.G. Jung - “It’s the privilege of a lifetime to become who you truly are”.
Accept this gift and start your unique journey.
